Once your order is fulfilled you will receive shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from South El Monte, CA.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. The order value must be at least $100 before taxes and after applying any promotions or discounts. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be charged.

Express delivery is available for an additional fee. To use this service, place your order by 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, and select your preferred express delivery option. Orders will be delivered within 1–3 business days. Please note that express delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax is only applicable to California residents at 10.25%.

International shipments are sent using the most reliable, insured shipping method. The starting rate for most international shipments is $8. Please note exact shipping cost is calculated upon checkout. If you have not received your package in the allowed time please email us.

PLEASE NOTE: As all orders are shipped from the U.S., so you may be subject to custom fees. Please note these fees will be charged upon the package arriving to the destination country. You as the customer, are solely responsible for all duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The Little Bra Company® is not responsible for these fees.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to The Little Bra Company®, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Little Bra Company® cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours we are happy to help open an investigation with delivery services.
