Thank you for choosing The Little Bra Company! If your order is placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, your item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within two to three business days, pending all items are in stock and credit approval
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from Arcadia, CA.
All orders over $100 receive Free Shipping. Order value must be $100 prior to taxes and after any promotion or discount is applied. Orders under $100 will incur a $7 Flat-rate shipping fee. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.
Express delivery services are available for an additional charge. Place your order by 3 P.M PST, Monday through Friday and select an express service option of your choice. Express delivery will arrive within 1-2 business days. Express Delivery services are not available Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Free and Flat-rate shipping options are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because we ship USPS we are able to ship to your home, office, and Post Office box, unlike other shippers.

International shipments are sent using the most reliable, insured U.S. shipping options. The starting rate for most international shipments is $7. Please note exact shipping cost is calculated upon checkout. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, our shipping partners are experiencing delays. You will receive your product(s) within 14 to 21 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time. PLEASE NOTE: As all orders are shipping from the U.S., you may be subject to custom fees. Please note these fees will be charged upon the package arriving to the destination country.
You as the customer, are solely responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The Little Bra Company® is not responsible for these fees.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to The Little Bra Company®, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

When ordering eGift Cards, you will receive a notification when the eGift card has been emailed to the receiver. If you prefer a physical gift card please checkout with this product.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Little Bra Company® cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours we are happy to help open an investigation with delivery services.
