Measure around the top of your rib cage directly under your bust. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug. If you measure 26.25 inches, round up to 26.5 inches.

Put on your TLBC bra and lean forward so your breasts naturally fall into the cups.

Hold the bra where the wing meets the underwire, then gently scoop your breast tissue toward the center. Repeat on the other side.

Stand up and adjust your straps so they feel supportive but comfortable. You should be able to fit two fingers underneath.

Sister-Size Shortcut
If the band fits, but the cup does not, change the cup size.
If the cup fits, but the band is too loose, go down a band size and up a cup size.
If the cup fits, but the band is too tight, go up a band size and down a cup size.
