We highly recommend hand washing your bras in cold water with a delicate detergent. If you must use a washing machine, place your bra in a protective bra ball or cage to preserve the underwire and shape. Gently press water from padded cups, then lay flat on a towel to dry. A bra’s life span depends on how many bras you rotate and how you care for them. We recommend washing after two to three wears. With proper care, bras typically last six to nine months and often longer.

While most bra companies scale from a larger average body type, our proportions are based on a petite frame. “Little Bra” refers to both fit and bust size. With more than 15 sizes, we offer smaller-framed women a more customized fit.

Petite in intimate apparel does not necessarily mean 5'4" and under. Taller customers with a smaller rib cage or bust frame may also find an excellent fit in our bras.

It is completely normal for one breast to be larger than the other. Many of our styles include removable padding, allowing you to remove padding from the larger side. You can also slightly tighten the strap on the smaller side to create symmetry.

The band should feel snug on the loosest hook-and-eye and sit parallel to your waistline. It should feel like a comfortable embrace around your body. If the band rides up, try going down a band size and readjusting the straps.

If your breasts sit closer together with less than two fingers of space between them, you are likely close-set. If your breast tissue gravitates toward your sides with three fingers or more between your breasts, you may prefer our wider-set styles. Some customers comfortably wear both.

Keep the same band size and go up one cup size. For example, exchange a 34A for a 34B.

Go up one band size and down one cup size. For example, exchange a 30B for a 32A. These sizes have the same cup volume with different band lengths—this is called sister sizing.

Gapping can have a few causes:

1. The style may not suit your breast spacing. Wide-set customers may need a wider-set style rather than a narrow, close-set cup.
2. The cup may be too large; try going down one cup size.
3. You may need to “do the scoop.” Bring breast tissue forward from beneath your arms into the cup, then adjust your straps to hold it in place.

Our padding scale runs from 0 to 5. Zero is unlined with no padding; five provides our maximum push-up. Each product page displays its padding level so you can select the lift and contour you prefer.

No. Although both are A cups, cup volume changes with band size. A 32A cup is smaller than a 34A cup.
