Thank you for your purchase at We hope you love it! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the order date. All items must be in original condition with all tags intact in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 

Please note that all panties, thongs, and boyshorts are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. If an item of this type is returned, the return will not be credited and the item will not be returned to the customer. (This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.) 

All clearance items are also FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing such items. 

For all returns and exchanges, please include a copy of your invoice and a completed merchandise return/exchange form (download here). For your convenience, a return label was included in your shipment for use on all domestic orders. When you choose our pre-paid return label option, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund/exchange for the return shipping and handling costs. Please note replacement return labels cannot be reprinted.

Please note that all exchanges within the Continental US are subject to an additional $6.95 flat-rate shipping/handling fee. Alternatively, you can return the items you want to exchange per the instructions above, and then place a new order online through our website. Not only will you receive your items sooner, but you will also receive free shipping if your order is more than $100.00!

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To be notified when your exchange has been processed, please include your email address on your Return/Exchange form. We will also email you to let you know once your refund is complete. Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient because it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit card company directly for further assistance.

Orders returned without a completed Return/Exchange Form and/or returned beyond 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or not be eligible for credit. Merchandise must be returned in new/original condition or it will not be accepted for credit or refund.
