Thank you for your purchase at TheLittleBraCompany.com. We hope you love it! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30-days from the delivery date. All items must be in original condition with all tags intact in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement. Orders returned without the original packaging/tags and beyond the 30-days, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or not be eligible for a credit/refund.

For the hygienic safety of all of our customers, please note that all panties, thongs, and boyshorts are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If an item of this type is returned, the item(s) will not be credited and the item(s) will not be returned to the customer. 

All clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges are Simple!

  1. Fill out the MERCHANDISE RETURNED/MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE section on the reverse side of your packing slip (included in your shipment or download a copy here).
  2. Use the RETURN REASON CODE.
  3. Make a copy of the packing slip to keep for your records.
  4. Enclose the packing slip and the item(s) you are returning.
  5. Ship the package back using one of the two options below:

Option #1 Use Prepaid Label

 For your convenience, a return label was included in your shipment for use on all Continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) orders only. When you choose our prepaid return label option, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund for the return shipping and handling costs. Please note replacement return labels cannot be reprinted and are only available for customers shipping from the Continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). All orders containing final sale items will not receive a return label as the items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund/exchange. If you ordered by credit card or PayPal, we’ll refund your account for the full product value less shipping charges. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your refund to post. Please contact your banking institution for more information on the status of your refund.

Option #2 Use a shipping method of your choice

Please feel free to use a postal service provider that is most convenient for you. However, we do encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Please mail your package through an insured, track-able delivery service to:

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed once it reaches our return facility.

For items returned in accordance to this policy, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. All returns must follow the policy found on the front of this packing slip.

Exchanges

Continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) Exchanges

There is a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee for all Continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) orders. In order to charge your account for the flat rate shipping fee, please write down your credit card information on the bottom of the packing slip, including expiration date. Otherwise, please write down your telephone number so we can contact you to receive payment information over the phone. Please note this fee is waived for first-time exchanges.

International Exchanges

There is a $15.95 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. In order to charge your account for the flat rate shipping fee, please write down your credit card information on the bottom of the packing slip, including expiration date. Otherwise, please write down your telephone number so we can contact you to receive payment information over the phone.

Return Exceptions

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept worn, washed, or products containing a crotch except in rare cases of manufacture’s defect or extenuating circumstances. Over time, the product can stretch, snag, or run as with other such delicate garments. It is recommended that the product be hand washed, and replaced every 6-9 months depending on wear and care. These occurrences will not be considered as defects. In cases of worn or washed products, a customer service representative from The Little Bra Company® must preapprove these items before they can be returned.
