BRA MEASURING GUIDE
Try our new Fit Calculator! Or follow the steps below.
Take your padded bra off. (No cheating!) With the measuring
tape, measure around the top of your rib cage under your
breasts. Write this number down.
Now, measure around the fullest part of your breasts (not too tight, not too loose). Make sure the measuring tape is level in the back. Write this number down.

Now, you’ve got your size, but don’t stop there! Use this as a guide, and try on the bras. When trying on The Little Bra Company™ bras, please remember that they are designed especially for the petite body type, but every body is still unique and may differ slightly in shape. We’ve taken this into consideration, and created a collection of bras to fit a variety of silhouettes, and to meet different wardrobe needs. Therefore, not every bra style will fit or flatter you the same. Check our fit tips on each style page to find more details on which style will work best for you.
While most bra companies scale down based on a larger average body type, The Little Bra Company®, scales based on a petite body type. "The Little Bra" refers to both the fit and bust size. TLBC's bras are designed and cut on a smaller scale. Just like a petite pant fits a petite woman's body better, TLBC's bras fit the same way. (Note: The petite customer in the intimate apparel world is not necessarily just 5'4" and under. We have taller customers who happen to have a smaller rib cage and/or bust frame who fit our smaller bras better as well.) Therefore, when sizing yourself, please round up for a more perfect fit. Therefore, we recommend sizing up from your current department store brand size. For example, if you usually wear a 30 in a generic brand, you may want to try a 32 in a TLBC bra. And remember, although there are other push-up bras on the market, TLBC bras are designed to fit a smaller body type giving you a better fitting and more natural-looking curve...without giving up any prettiness. And, don’t forget to “scoop” for cleavage!
Another helpful tip - Sister Sizes: If the band doesn’t fit, but the cups do, take a look at this chart below. Believe it or not, the cups are the same in some differing band sizes!
|TLBC’s SISTER SIZE CHART|
Therefore, if you try on a 34B, for example, and the back is too loose but the cups fit well, try going down a back size and up a cup to 32C.

PANTY SIZE CHART
Our panties are cut on a petite scale, similar to our bras, so you will find that they will fit smaller than other brands in the same size. Please consider going up a size when purchasing one of our panties.

With a soft elastic underband and a racerback, this wireless bra can also be worn everyday or as a maternity bra! “Elizabeth” is a wireless bra that flatters-not flattens the petite customer. With structural seaming and light padding, this bra supports and shapes. Often sports bras are sized small, medium, and large. However, the Little Bra Company believes that the “Elizabeth” is a versatile bra that can be worn everyday. Thus, this bra is sized with our petite customer in mind, using both band and cup sizes to help you find the perfect fit. For those customers who find they normally wear a small we recommend looking at the 28 and 30 band sizes, for medium the 32 and 34 bands are the best option. For the customer with a wider rib span that often wear a large, we recommend the 36 and 38 band. The cups of this bra can fit extra petite. If you are between cup sizes try the larger option!

At The Little Bra Company®, we categorize our bras into two different styles: wider-set and closer-set. If your breast are closer together and less than three fingers apart, you would be considered closer-set in our bras. If your breast gravitate closer to your sides and three or more fingers separates them from each other, you would look best in our wider-set styles.
