Returns/Exchanges


To make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days from the order date, in original condition with all tags intact, for a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on intimate apparel containing a crotch. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.

Please include a copy of your invoice, a completed merchandise return/exchange form (download here) and address all returns/exchanges to:

We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.

All clearance items are final sale and no returns will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing such items.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

Please allow 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your refund is complete.   Once we initiate the credit for your TheLittleBraCompany.com return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.
