Exchanges

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days.
- If you choose to use our prepaid label, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- You may also ship the return yourself using your preferred carrier.
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your item is received and inspected.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of deodorant, makeup, or fragrance
- With all original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
*Bundles
For bundles, exchanges are limited to size and color of the same style.
If you return part of a discounted bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular (non‑bundle) price of the items you keep. Full bundle returns receive a full refund (minus the return fee).
If your bundle shows as ineligible in our return portal, don’t worry — bundles just require a quick manual review. Please call or email us and we’ll be happy to process your return or exchange for you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Items must meet all return requirements to qualify: they must be unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant, makeup, or fragrance, and have all original tags attached. Whenever possible, items should also be returned in their original packaging. TLBC reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All panties and swimwear bottoms are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a promotional discount of 25% or more, or marked as clearance, are also considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
BUNDLES & SETS
Full bundle returns are eligible for a full refund. Partial returns of discounted bundles will be adjusted so that any items kept are charged at full retail price.

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE!
Fill out the return form (download a copy here). Please purchase postage with a certified or insured mail provider of your choice to return your items. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will refund the original form of payment. Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note when returning your item(s) for a refund duties and taxes may be refundable. Please contact your local customs office for more information on refunding these fees. Proof of export for the returned merchandise is required to receive a refund for these fees (bill of lading, transport documents, or shipping label to the vendor). The Little Bra Company has no control over these fees. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund.
