RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

30-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges on unworn and undamaged bras with tags attached are accepted within 30 days. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have temporarily extended the return time to 60 days until further notice. Items returned in worn condition, or without the original packaging and tags will NOT be accepted for a refund/exchange.  

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Underwear (Panties, Thongs and Boyshorts), items marked as final sale/clearance, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, all items bought with promotional discounts of 25% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless otherwise stated.  

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE!

Fill out the return chart on the return/exchange form (download a copy here). Please use a certified or insured mail provider of your choice to return your items. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will refund the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES ARE EASY!

Fill out the return chart and exchange chart on the return/exchange form (download a copy here). Please use a certified or insured mail provider of your choice to return your items. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your exchange request. Please note currently, there is a shipping fee for all international exchanges. In most cases the original shipping method and cost will be applied to your exchange.
