RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Returns on unworn and undamaged bras with tags attached are accepted within 30 days. Items returned in worn condition, or without the original packaging and tags will NOT be accepted for a refund/exchange.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Underwear (Panties, Thongs and Boyshorts), items marked as final sale/clearance, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, all items bought with promotional discounts of 25% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless otherwise stated.  

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE!

Fill out the return chart on the return/exchange form (download a copy here). Please use a certified or insured mail provider of your choice to return your items. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will refund the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

The fastest, easiest way to exchange is to place a new order. Therefore, we recommend returning your item(s) for a refund.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note when returning your item(s) for a refund duties and taxes may be refundable. Please contact your local customs office for more information on refunding these fees. The Little Bra Company has no control over these fees. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund.
