How long does it take to be refunded?
Once the package is received, please allow 30-days for the refund to be processed and visible either on your bank statement or PayPal account. You will receive an e-mail when your refund is complete. Once we initiate the credit for your TheLittleBraCompany.com return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.
I currently wear a AA-Cup, which bra would fit me best?
Since our bras are designed and cut smaller in the cup and band already, we currently do not have AA cups in our collection. However, we do have a lot of AA customers who fit into our A-cups, especially in style E005-Angela and E004C-Lucia.
I have one breast larger than the other, is there a style that will fit me better?
It’s normal to have one breast larger than the other! This is why we offer several styles with removable padding. By removing the additional padding and adjusting the straps this will help to create symmetry. The following styles have removable padding: F001-Sascha, E003-Ethel, F005-Nicole.
I am petite, but have wider-set breasts, what style do you recommend?
We understand that being petite does not make all our bodies the same. Therefore, we offer a wider variety of styles to help fit your needs. For customers who have wider-set breasts, we suggest these demi-cup styles E001-Yvonne, E007-Isis, and E009-Mercedes.
I have a wider back but small breasts, what style do you recommend?
We offer a wider variety of styles to help fit your needs. For customers who have a wider back, we suggest these demi-cup styles E001-Yvonne and F001-Sascha.
The band of my bra fits comfortably but the cups are too small, what size should I exchange it for?
You want to keep the same band size but just go up in the cup. For example you purchased a 34A and the cups are too small, try a 34B.
The band of the bra is too small but the cups fit perfectly, what size should I exchange for?
You want to keep the same cup size and go up a band. For example: 30B is too small in the band but fits well in the cup. Try a 32B.
The entire bra is too small, what size should I exchange it for?
When the entire bra is too small you need to go up one size. For example if a 34A is too small try a 36A.
The entire bra is too big, what size should I exchange it for?
When the entire bra is too large you need to go down one size. For example if a 36A is too big try a 34A.

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
From the order date it takes up to 2 business days to process the order and receive your tracking information. Once shipped:
For all customers located in the US we ship using US Priority Mail. This takes between 1-3 business days.
For all international customers we ship using US Priority Mail. This takes between 10-15 business days.
For all Canadian customers we ship using US Priority Mail. This takes between 7-10 business days.
Customers are able to select UPS Expedited if the items are needed sooner.

How do I wash my bra?
All bras should be hand washed.
What is the life span of one of your bras?
This depends on how often you wear and wash the bra. The more you do both, the shorter life span the bra will have.
Do you have a bra without underwire?
YES! We have F006-Elizabeth that comes in Black, Ivory, and Petal.
My bra straps always fall down, please help!
Our bras are designed and cut smaller to fit a petite frame better. This includes the length of the bra straps!
How do I stop the bra from riding up?
There are many reasons why a bra will ride up. The most common is that the band is too large. Try purchasing a smaller band size. Also, most of our bras have additional side support to help keep the bra in place all day!
What is the difference between Angela and Isis T-shirt Bras?
E005C-Angela is a deep-plunge bra with shallow cups and ranks a 2 out of 5-* on the padding scale. E007-Isis is a demi-cup bra with deeper cups and ranks 5 out of 5-* on the padding scale.
How do the panties fit?
XS= 0-2
S= 2-4
M= 4-6
L= 6-8
