Ooh! Did we say new arrival? Every girl loves new things and TLBC has brought our favorite petite sports bra, “Elizabeth,” in a new bright color.
We know how hard it is to get to the gym sometimes, so why not add a bit of color to your workout wardrobe to help you get motivated? Cassis is our fancy way of saying purple, and it is delightful, if we do say so ourselves.
According to an article in The Atlantic, two Northwestern researchers Hajo Adam and Adam Galinsky discovered that what you wear affects how you feel. “It’s all about the symbolic meaning that you associate with a particular item of clothing,” Adam said. “I think it would make sense that when you wear athletic clothing, you become more active and more likely to go to the gym and work out.”
So, put on your “Elizabeth” in cassis and get your butt into that afternoon yoga class or go for an early morning hike, Wear it like you mean it!
